Effective Date: September 2025

This Contributor User Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between SureIndex Directory (“Platform”) and you (“Contributor”) upon your acceptance of these terms. By submitting articles, listings, or other content to SureIndex Directory, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

• Original Content: By submitting content, you affirm that all material is your original work and has not been copied from other sources.
• Licensing: You retain ownership of your intellectual property, while granting SureIndex Directory a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content across any platform, media, or format.
• Rights Reserved: You may continue to share your content elsewhere, but SureIndex Directory retains the right to display and promote it as part of the platform.

2. Content Standards

• Relevance & Accuracy: All submitted content must be relevant, factual, and aligned with the editorial standards and themes of SureIndex Directory.
• Prohibited Content: Content that is defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or violates the rights of any third party is strictly prohibited.

3. Attribution and References

• Citations Required: Any quotes, statistics, or third-party material must be properly cited.
• Transparency: You are responsible for providing clear references to acknowledge the work of others and maintain content integrity.

4. Contributor Conduct

• Professional Behavior: Contributors must follow community guidelines and refrain from actions that disrupt or harm the SureIndex Directory community.
• Prohibited Use: The platform must not be used for spam, personal agendas, or any illegal or unethical activities.

5. Editorial Collaboration

• Feedback & Revisions: SureIndex Directory may provide editorial feedback or request changes to ensure quality, accuracy, and engagement.
• Cooperation: Contributors agree to work collaboratively with the editorial team to improve the overall content experience.

6. Plagiarism and Copyright Compliance

• Originality Affirmed: Contributors guarantee that submitted content is original and does not infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights.
• Right to Remove: SureIndex Directory reserves the right to remove plagiarized or infringing content without prior notice.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SureIndex Directory, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your breach of this Agreement
• Content submissions that violate laws or third-party rights
• Misrepresentations or inaccuracies in your content

8. Termination Rights

• Platform Discretion: SureIndex Directory may terminate this Agreement and remove any content at any time, with or without cause, at its sole discretion.
• Contributor Responsibility: Contributors must promptly comply with removal requests and cease representing the platform’s endorsement of removed content.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the full understanding between SureIndex Directory and the Contributor regarding content submission and replaces all prior agreements or communications on this matter.

Acceptance

By submitting content to SureIndex Directory, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement. If you do not agree with any term, refrain from submitting content to the platform. This Agreement becomes effective on the date of your content submission.
