AGREEMENT AND TERMS
Members Agreement – SureIndex Global Business Directory
This Membership Agreement governs participation in the SureIndex Global Business Directory Paid Membership Program. By registering and using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
The term “Customer” refers to any individual or entity who accepts these terms by completing the registration process. This program is operated by SureIndex Global Business Directory under the management of MTC
Payment Terms
Secure Transactions
When you make payments for products or services on our website, all payment details are transmitted directly to our authorized payment provider through a secure connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records as well as the merchant’s terms, policies, and rules for future reference.
Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments online via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards.
- All campaigns require 100% upfront payment before activation.
- All charges are quoted in U.S. Dollars ($) unless otherwise specified.
- Equivalent amounts in Naira (₦) may be applied depending on local billing.
- SureIndex reserves the right to negotiate specific payment terms with individual clients.
For CPM banner campaigns, payments must be completed in full via wire transfer or cheque.
Automatic Billing & Budget Controls
If you use our monthly spending/budget control feature, you authorize SureIndex to charge your designated credit card to ensure uninterrupted service.
By providing your billing details, you consent that SureIndex may share this information with trusted third-party processors, payment gateways, or credit agencies—strictly for payment processing, credit checks, or account servicing purposes.
We may also disclose information when legally required, such as through subpoenas, court orders, or to protect our legal rights. SureIndex shall not be held responsible for the use of such information by authorized third parties.
Overdue Payments & Interest Charges
- Payments not received by the due date will attract an additional 5% late payment fee on the outstanding amount.
- Reseller members on monthly plans will be auto-charged per billing cycle.
Promotions, Trial Offers & Coupons
SureIndex reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional credits, coupons, or discounts at its sole discretion.
- Promotional credits are valid only for new advertiser accounts and must be redeemed within 15 days of registration.
- Advertisers will be billed for campaign costs exceeding the promotional credit.
- Promotional credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be sold or exchanged.
- SureIndex reserves the right to revoke any promotional offer at any time.
Refund Policy
SureIndex operates a 24-hour opt-out clause for advertising campaigns. Refunds are eligible only for unused account balances and will be credited to the original payment method.
Refund conditions:
- Refunds requested due to customer-related issues (e.g., lack of products, internal technical failures) will incur a 3% administrative fee on the refundable balance.
- Refunds for wire transfers require complete bank details to process.
- For campaigns involving CPM banners with HTML/JavaScript codes that generate malware, viruses, or violations, SureIndex reserves the right to suspend the campaign immediately. Remaining balances will not be refunded.
- Refunds will only be processed through the original mode of payment.
For technical support-related campaigns, a minimum of three (3) active days from the campaign start date is required before refunds are considered.
Registration Requirements
To access SureIndex services, customers must:
- Submit a completed registration form via our website.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete personal or business information.
- Update registration data promptly when changes occur.
SureIndex reserves the right to reject or terminate accounts with incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information. Upon approval, customers gain access as registered members of the SureIndex Global Business Directory.
Advertising & Creative Guidelines
SureIndex enforces a zero-tolerance policy for prohibited content. Campaigns or advertisements must not contain, promote, or link to:
- Child exploitation, pornography, or related material
- Software piracy, hacking, or illegal activity tutorials
- Violence, abusive, or obscene content
- Hate speech or discriminatory materials
- Spam, unsolicited emails, or inappropriate newsgroup postings
- Illegal substances or deceptive investment schemes
- Malware, viruses, or malicious scripts
Additional restrictions:
- Campaign pages must not generate popups, auto-sound, or intrusive windows.
- Advertisers are prohibited from inserting harmful code. Violations will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
- A fine of $1,000 (₦ equivalent) may be imposed for malicious ad distribution.
Advertisers must notify SureIndex in writing of any changes to approved content during active campaigns. Failure to comply will result in suspension without refund.
Data Reporting & Liability
- All campaign tracking, reporting, and analytics are provided by SureIndex systems.
- Campaigns requiring third-party verification may be subject to additional controls.
- SureIndex retains ownership of all aggregate campaign data. Customers will only access data specific to their campaigns.
Advertisers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction (e.g., age restrictions, advertising legality, consumer protection).
SureIndex will not be held liable for:
- Service interruptions due to system or internet failures
- Delays caused by third-party publishers or technical malfunctions
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in customer-provided content
General Provisions
- Indemnification: Customers agree to indemnify SureIndex, its affiliates, and publishers against any claims or liabilities arising from their advertisements.
- Limitation of Liability: Neither SureIndex nor its affiliates shall be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
- Compliance: SureIndex will not provide services to any OFAC-sanctioned countries.
- Modifications: SureIndex reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. Customers must comply with updates within 10 business days of publication.
- Age Requirement: Customers must be 18 years or older to register. Minors may only participate with notarized, written consent from a legal guardian.
